Circle Kers gathered for a weekend of celebration at the success of another fabulous year in the Sweet Carolinas! We recognized clubs for their hard work over the year, grew in fellowship and through workshops, and elected new district officers for the coming year. We also headed down to the beach for a clean up and for a little relaxation!!
